Used ASC 36″ Wide R-Panel Roll Former for Sale. This ASC roll forming line runs 36″ wide R-Panel through 16 stands on 4″ arbors, with 50″ tooling rollspace and 18″ horizontal centers. The roll former is driven by a 40 HP motor at a variable line speed up to 200 FPM. An adjustable entry guide and disc brake are included at the entry, and cutting is handled by an ASC hydraulic 4-post cut-off press with 20-ton capacity and flying die. Coil handling consists of a power-driven uncoiler with hydraulic expansion and a powered coil car, both rated for 20,000 lbs and 48″ coil width. Control is by Beck S-II programmable automation.
