Used Rocheleau CS-1 Blow Molder for Sale. This twin-head machine has a head center spacing of 5.5″, a useable platen area of 11″ x 9″, 5 tons of clamp tonnage and 7″ max daylight. The extruder uses a 50mm screw driven by a 40 HP motor, with control by a Mitsubishi PLC. Equipped with 30kv and 50kv transformers, a conveyor, an accumulation table, a new 14″ ladder, an additional screw/extruder assembly, hot knife assemblies on both machines, new windows, a Mokon tool heater and a Donaldson chiller, three brand new Vickers valves, a new encoder and new thermocouples. Included is a spare second Rocheleau CS-1 (non-operational) with dual heads, 4″ center spacing and PLC, plus a spare single head. Available for inspection under power.
