Used Uniloy UMS-100D (2010) Blow Molder for Sale. This single-head, 2-station machine runs a 70mm, 24:1 air-cooled extruder barrel and requires 460V-3ph-201Amps. It is equipped with pre-pinch with hot-knife parison cut, programmer cylinder, parison programming, servo valve, and (1) Bekum style processing head with dual 125-mm c/l and dual accumulators. Barrel heaters are enclosed to improve efficiency, and the machine comes complete with heaters, designed for polyethylene. Also included: head tooling (bushing/mandrel) and blow pin stems, hydraulic blow cylinders, in-machine trim, hopper drawer magnet, material hopper with receiver, PLC machine controls, plexi glass press enclosure, ladder and platform, and manuals.
