Used Brown CS-5500 Quad Series Thermoformer for Sale. This Brown Match Metal Continuous Former (2011, upgraded 2023) handles molds up to 50″ x 50″ with a 150″ oven length, ceramic top oven and ceramic bottom oven rebuilt in 2023. Servo indexing runs on an upgraded Kinetix 7000 drive system, with servo platen drives, 9.0″ platen stroke, 155 tons form station tonnage, 260 ton holding force, 180 ton coining force and 7.0″ draw, controlled through an upgraded programmable touch screen. Included are a 2008 Brown sheet slitter and a 2021 Brown T-345V V-Series high speed vertical trim press: 30 ton, 57″ x 30″ max die, 53″ max sheet width, 145 strokes per minute, 30 HP SEW AC servo motor, PowerFlex 755 drive, PanelView Plus control, servo part ejection, 480v/3ph/60hz/117 amps, plus two plate line loading and unloading carts.
