Used Modern Machinery 6×9 223RP Thermoformer for Sale. This rotary-style sheet-fed machine handles a maximum mold capacity of 9′ x 6′, with a 72″ top platen stroke and 50″ bottom platen stroke, both driven by electric motors, and a 100″ sheetline height. Indexing is handled by a new electric SEW rotate, with new four-way adjustable clamp frames. Top and bottom ovens carry new ceramic elements with 77 zones each using 3″ x 9″ 650 Watt heaters, plus a new oven air jet safety system, SSR heat controls, IR sensor and sag eye. Also equipped with eight reconditioned cooling fans, reconditioned electric 4-post load table, full perimeter guarding with new light curtains, dual loop vacuum and blow circuit, two 500 gallon tanks and a reconditioned 10 HP Busch vacuum pump.
