Used Brown Roll-Fed (1996) Thermoformer for Sale. This roll-fed large capacity machine handles a max mold size of 50″ x 75″ and has a 120″ oven length with edge heaters. Top and bottom ovens are radiant infrared panel type, with 12 top zones and 9 bottom zones. Top platen stroke is 12″ and bottom platen stroke is 10″, with air and hydraulic platen drives and servo indexing. The 175 ton trim press has a 5.5″ top trim stroke and 5.0″ bottom trim stroke, controlled by an Allen Bradley PLC. The machine has been completely rebuilt with new drive, communication, chains, sprockets, air and hydraulic pistons, new press bushings and updated radiant panel ovens, with very little use since.
