Used Pines CNC100 LH (2017) Tube Bender for Sale. This tube bender runs a BendPro G2 control system with a dual spindle drive, servo bend spindle (C axis) and servo feed spindle (Y axis). Capacity is 4″ maximum tube OD, with 4″ x .109″ wall steel, 4″ x .065″ wall stainless, and 4″ x .188″ wall non-ferrous tubing. Maximum bend angle is 195 degrees. Bed length is 308″, with a 10 ft bed extension, 258.5″ mandrel, and 256″ maximum tube length over mandrel. Also equipped with a swing away wiper die, overhead tie bar, mandrel extractor, bend die align, pressure die assist, 100 gallon 2000 PSI hydraulic power unit, and 40 HP main drive motor.
