Across 36 Flow Mach 4 machines we have listed with a published price, the middle half ran from $59,990 to $95,995, with a median of $83,995. A quarter were listed below that band and a quarter above it. These are the prices we asked, not what any machine changed hands for — condition, hours, tooling and control generation move a machine within it. Ask us where a specific one sits.

There is no simple rule that puts a buyer on one Mach rather than another. It really depends on the size, type and thickness of the material, and what you are trying to make.
Do a minor pump rebuild when you get the pump. That way you start tracking the hours yourself and get a good idea of the intervals between rebuilds.
Hours on pumps are highly unreliable, but even pumps with over 10,000 hours are still good pumps, because by that time most big ticket items have most likely already been replaced.
Dirty tanks and slats are part of owning a waterjet. Slats in particular are maintenance items and need to be replaced periodically.
The cutting head, orifice and mixing tube are maintenance items too, with an hourly lifespan that depends on what you buy. A diamond jewel will last hundreds of hours, where a ruby or sapphire jewel will only last 20 to 40.
We always strongly recommend an inspection before you buy. KD does not perform it ourselves — the inspection is done by you, by a third-party technician, or by the OEM.
We have a network of 3rd party techs whom we can recommend. Most buyers are looking at a machine in another state or across the country, and sending a tech who is already nearby saves the travel time and cost of going to see it yourself.
KD runs lien searches on every transaction so that our buyers can have peace of mind that they are purchasing an asset that does not have any active liens on it. We take this very seriously and are willing to pass up a deal if the seller won't cooperate on getting active liens cleared.
KD Machinery buys, sells and brokers used machinery nationwide. We have 6 used Flow Mach 4 available now, listed on this page. We have handled 29 of them, built between 2009 and 2017.
Our office is in Scottsdale, Arizona, but the machines are not. They sit wherever the seller is, across the United States, and most buyers are looking at one in another state or across the country. We arrange inspection and rigging wherever a machine stands.
Call 480.922.1674, email customerservice@kdmachinery.com, or use the quote form on any machine above. We will tell you where a specific one sits on price, what condition it is in, and can put you in touch with an inspector near it.
