Used Flow Mach 4 4030c-X5 (2013) Waterjet for Sale. This gantry style high precision waterjet has a 10.1′ wide by 13.1′ long table and runs on a Flowmaster roll around PC based controller with a 15″ touch screen. It is equipped with a 100 HP HYPER JET 94i-D intensifier pump rated to 94,000 PSI max cutting pressure, solid state soft starter motor control, a 500 lb abrasive garnet hopper with low level warning, a full 5 axis XD cutting head for 3D cutting, a fully programmable 12″ Z axis, and a Paser 4 cutting head. Rapid traverse is 1400″/min, linear straightness accuracy .001″/3 ft, repeatability .002″. Power requirement is 460-480/3/60. FlowNest imports DXF, DWG, IGS, CADKEY, CDL and HPL files with no G-codes required. Available to see under power for inspection.
