Used Lyle Industries 150FH (1996) Thermoformer for Sale. This sheet-fed machine handles a max mold size of 50″ x 50″ with a 9.0″ draw depth and 125 tons of form station tonnage. The 200″ oven uses an 8-zone quartz top and a 3-zone Calrod bottom, with a window size opening of 16.25″ x 50.5″. Top and bottom platen strokes are 11″ and 16″, driven by air on top and hydraulics on the bottom, with servo indexing and Lyle TPC-9400 control on 480/3/60 power. Equipped with a 1995 Lyle 150P2 trim press, auto loading power feed canopy, hinged platen for quick tool change, Segen tool lock up, reverse trim extensions and Vee-Gibb platen guides.
