Used Davis Standard DS-20 (1993) Extruder for Sale. This single screw extruder has a 2.0″ screw with a 24:1 L/D ratio and has run HDPE. It is air cooled, with (3) barrel cooling zones and (2) die zones, controlled by EuroThermo temperature controls. Drive is a 20 HP DC motor through an Allen-Bradley PowerFlex drive, with a 6.53:1 gearbox rated to 50 HP. Power requirement is 230v/460v – 3ph. The machine has been cleaned up and test ran, and is equipped with a hopper loader. It can be seen under power for an inspection prior to purchase.
