1994 Davis Standard DS-20

Used Davis Standard DS-20 (1994) Extruder for Sale. This air cooled extruder has a 2.0″ screw with a 24:1 L/D ratio and has run HDPE. It is configured with (2) die zones and (3) barrel cooling zones, with EuroThermo temperature controls handling heat management. Power comes from a 20 HP DC motor with an A-B drive, running through a gearbox with a 6.53:1 ratio rated to 50 HP capacity. Power requirement is 230v/460v – 3ph. The machine has been cleaned up and test ran, and is equipped with a hopper loader. It can be seen under power for an inspection.
