Used Davis Standard 35MV350 (2000) Extruder for Sale. This unit runs a 3.5″ screw at a 24:1 L/D ratio, non-vented, with four air-cooled zones and a touch pad temperature controller. Power comes from a 75 HP DC motor driven by a Reliance DC drive, through a gearbox rated at 158 HP with a 17.4:1 ratio. Electrical requirements are 460v, 3 Ph (TBD). The extruder is equipped with a 4-component Maguire blender and a “C”-clamp.
