Used Davis Standard Sheetline Extruder for Sale. This complete sheet line is built around three extruders: a 4 1/2″ Model 45T (450) Thermatic with 32:1 L/D ratio, water cooling, Control Techniques SPMD1403 inverter drive, 250HP motor and 2019 Nordson screen changer; a 3 1/2″ Model 35 Thermatic with 24:1 L/D ratio, Control Techniques SPMD6401 drive, approx 150 HP motor and 2016 Nordson screen changer; and a 2″ Model DS20 with 30:1 L/D ratio, 50HP motor and 1995 Beringer screen changer. Downstream includes a 3 port die block, Maag EX90-5GP melt pump, 54″ Masterflex R/ELD-75 sheet die, Davis Standard 3-roll downstack with 54″ W x 21.5″ dia chrome rolls, Oryx sheet scanner, cooling conveyor, pump skid, 8″ dia rubber pull roll stand and recently upgraded Davis Standard/Hayley common controls with Allen Bradley PanelView Plus. Maguire 6-component WSB gravimetric blenders and Premier Pneumatics central loading system are included. The line can be seen under power for an inspection.
