Used Welex Gala 6 Pelletizing Line Extruder for Sale. This line features a 30:1 L/D ratio vented barrel and screw, and was last running HIPs material at a rate of 980 lbs per hour at 89 RPM. Equipped with a 2008 BF Spin Away dryer, 4.5″ screen changer with hydraulic power unit, die and water box, a complete Gala 6 underwater pelletizer, Gala control panel, GalaTWS 60/80 tempered water system, agglomerate catcher, infeed incline auger, feed hopper, Gaylord box dumper, pelletizer cutter, small Witte classifier on the dryer discharge, vacuum pump and site glass. The barrel is water cooled, though no water is currently connected to the extruder. The system is currently under power and can be seen running for an inspection.
