Used Black Clawson Davis Standard 4.5 EXTR B (2009) Extruder for Sale. This three-extruder line pairs two 2.5″ units, each 30:1 L/D at approximately 90-100 lbs/hr, with a 4.5″ 30:1 L/D extruder rated at approximately 1,000 lbs/hr. Configured for fluoro polymers in pellet form, it can also run TPU with the 96″ multi-manifold die. Maximum web width is 84″ trimmed / 92″ untrimmed, with a nominal 96″ roll face and 102″ at the winder for oscillation. Line speed runs 10-250 FPM, gear-in at 250 FPM, thread up to 50 FPM. Tension ranges are 5-50 lbs low and 50-150 lbs high. Winder takes 26″ rolls to 3,500 lbs on 6″ ID shafted fibre cores. Three pairs of edge trim razor slitters. Very low hours.
