Used Flow Mach 500 4020 XD (2021) Waterjet for Sale. This 5-axis waterjet has a 6.5′ x 13′ table and runs a Flow PC based control with FlowXpert Infinity software. The 50 HP Flow Hyperjet intensifier pump delivers a maximum cutting pressure of 94,000 PSI, with 0.007″/0.010″ orifice sizes and flow rates of 0.44/0.73/1.46 GPM. Rapid traverse reaches 700 IPM, with linear positional accuracy of +/- 0.0005″, repeatability of +/- 0.0008″, ballbar circularity of +/- 0.0025″ and acceleration of 0.1 G. Z-axis travel is 12″ standard, 24″ optional, and the Flow Dynamic XD cutting head offers 89 degrees of motion with 12″ of vertical travel.
