Used Modern Machine Inc. 3×4 223R Thermoformer for Sale. This rotary thermoformer accepts a maximum mold size of 36″ x 48″, with a quartz top oven and quartz bottom oven, each divided into (7) zones using quartz 3″ x 9″ 650-watt heaters. Top platen stroke is 24″ and bottom platen stroke is 26″, with SEW electric motor platen drives and SEW electric motor rotate. Controls are an Allen Bradley Compact Logix PLC with Advantech touchscreen HMI. Equipped with (4) cooling fans, a 3HP Busch vacuum pump with 300-gallon reservoir, 4-post load table with adjustable sheet stops, full perimeter guarding with interlock switches, light curtains in the load area, and a new operations manual.
