Used Modern Machinery 2440CFT (2015) Thermoformer for Sale. This roll-fed machine handles a maximum mold size of 24″ x 42″ and a maximum sheet width of 30″, with 144″ long Solar infrared ovens top and bottom, 24 zones each. Platen stroke is 7 5/8″ top and bottom with pneumatic platen drives, 80 tons platen tonnage, and 6.0″ draw depth above and below sheetline. Controls are Allen Bradley PLC with HMI operator interface and PID oven control. Vacuum system includes a 120 gallon reservoir and Busch 5 HP pump. Included is a 2015 Hosokawa Polymer Systems 1632 SPL 30 HP sheet granulator, 3 rotor blades, 480/3/60. Additional equipment listed in the specifications.
