Used Ficep Energy 3202GDX (2022) Beam/Drill Line for Sale. This plate drilling and milling line handles plate thickness from 10 to 140 mm, widths from 100 to 3200 mm, and lengths up to 28000 mm, with a maximum drilling thickness of 140 mm and milling tools up to 300 mm diameter. Spindle drive performance (S1) is 40 kW with rotation speeds to 5000 RPM, drill feed rates of 40 to 1000 mm/min, and fast approach/return at 20 m/min. C-frame longitudinal and mill head cross positioning speeds are both 30 m/min. Equipped with two vertical milling/drilling heads, one spindle per vertical drill head, a three-position tool change system, ISO 50 Big Plus toolholder, on board distribution system, automatic plate orientation detection, drilling programming, 3D graphics, and Ficep Pegaso control on Windows 10.
