Used APM Integrity Deluxe Thermoformer for Sale. This thermoforming machine handles a maximum mold size of 96″ x 120″ and a maximum sheet size of 100″ x 124″. Bottom platen stroke is 48″ with 7″ bottom platen daylight, and top platen stroke is 30″ with 7″ top platen daylight. Both top and bottom ovens use infrared quartz paneling with 24 zones each, with manual bottom oven adjustment. Control is by Allen Bradley PLC. Power requirement is 480V, 3 Ph, 450 Amps. Equipped with (4) fans, 2 x 120 gallon tanks plus manifold, a Busch 5 HP vacuum pump, and a transformer, 120 VAC, 3 KVA load max. The machine can be seen under power for an inspection.
