Used Davis Standard 35IN35 Extruder for Sale. This single screw extruder has a 3.5″ screw with a 24:1 L/D ratio and is air cooled across 5 heating and cooling zones. Power comes from a 50 HP AC motor running through a DURA AC drive rated for a 75 HP motor, with a Davis Mark V gearbox. Temperature control is handled by Eurotherm controllers, three of which were rebuilt, and the machine is equipped with a pressure transducer. The unit was rebuilt 5 years ago. It can be seen under power for an inspection.
