Used Karlville HS-Pro-1300 (2021) Slitter Rewinder for Sale. This unit handles a maximum web width of 1300 mm, with independent unwind roll diameter to 1000 mm and unwind roll weight to a maximum of 1,200 kg (2,645 lbs). Unwind and finished roll cores are 3″ I.D., with 6″ I.D. available as an option, and finished roll diameter runs to a maximum of 610 mm. Slit width is 50 mm and up, lower upon request. Knife options include shear, razor and pneumatic shear with a tangential web path. Winding tension is 0.5 pli to 2.5 pli standard, and maximum machine speed is 500 m/min depending on material type and quality. It runs shrink sleeve materials including PE, PP, PET, PVC films, papers and laminates, with rigid films 10~200 micron and soft films 12~300 micron.
