Used Modern Machinery 5×6 SS (2026) Thermoformer for Sale. This single-station machine handles a maximum mold capacity of 5′ x 6′, with a 48″ top platen stroke and 24″ bottom platen stroke, both driven by electric motors. Sheetline height is 44″, indexing and shuttling are electric motor driven, and the clamp frames are four-way adjustable. Heating is by quartz elements with 42 top oven zones and 42 bottom oven zones using 3″ x 5″ 400 Watt heaters, monitored by Hetronik heat controls, IR sensor and sag eye. Controls are Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC. Equipped with a 500 gallon vacuum reservoir, upper and lower vacuum valve trees with 2″ valves, eight cooling fans, full perimeter safety guarding with gate switches, and light curtains at the load/form area.
