Used Messer MetalMaster Evolution (2023) Plasma Cutter for Sale. This machine has a 6′ x 20′ table and runs Messer’s Windows-based Global Control with an HPR170 power source, wired for 480V / 3 Phase / 60 Hz. Rated capacities are 35mm (1-3/8″) pierce and 60mm (2-3/8″) severance on mild steel, 22mm (7/8″) pierce and 38mm (1-1/2″) severance on stainless, and 25mm (1″) pierce and 38mm (1-1/2″) severance on aluminum, with 20-25mm recommended on stainless and aluminum. Travels are 51″-52″ X, 26″-27″ Y and 24″-25″ Z. Equipped with a high-speed CSL200 torch lifter, Slagger self-cleaning zoned downdraft table and SureStop collision sensor.
