Used Everplast Machinery Co. EMD-90 (2023) Extruder for Sale. This twin screw parallel extruder has a 90mm screw size with a 25:1 L/D ratio, air cooled, with screws of SACM-645 alloy steel with nitrated surface treatment. It has run rigid PVC in powder form. Zone controls include (9) temperature, (3) barrel, (1) adaptor zone and (5) die head zones. Drive is 60 HP on 480v / 3 ph / 60hz. Die head sizes are 2.0″, 4.0″, 5.0″ and 6.0″ pipe sizes. Equipped with a belling machine for PVC pipe, EPST-606 vacuum spray water cooling tank, ERK-160 rigid pipe cutting with 2 HP and 3 HP collection motor, ETK-3C caterpillar haul-off unit, hopper crammer feeder with 2.0 HP motor, screw conveyor with loading platform, and a 2.0 HP barrel vacuum system.
