This 3-axis machine has a 60″ x 96″ table with vacuum hold down and runs on an A2MC controller with servo drives and a standard 4-drive package. The HSD ISO30 ER32 tool holder spindle is a 5.0 HP quick release unit, served by a 3-position linear tool rack for automatic tool changes. Equipped with a 4.8 HP Ivision high pressure chip collector, 9 HP/6.8 KW Busch Mink vacuum pump with starter, vacuum hose and vacuum JIB system, AVC IP vision system, bellows seal and high capacity pressure feet, smart console with E-stop, machine castors and ESA/CSA certification. 220V power.
