This automated folding cell handles blank lengths from 1.97″ to 23.62″ and blank widths from 1.57″ to 23.62″, with a maximum thickness capacity of 16 Ga and up to 11 Ga depending on the tool. Pallet size is 47″ x 31.5″. Main manipulator positioning accuracy is (+/-) 0.0008″ on X and Y, (+/-) 0.002″ on Z, with rotation axis at (+/-) 0.01 degrees and tool changer accuracy of 0.0008″. Upper and lower beam lengths are 98.4″, with folding beams at 90.5″ and 98.4″.
