Used Union Cl160-J (2005) Roll Former for Sale. This C-purlin line handles a thickness range of .6mm to 1.9mm and runs at 14 to 18 meters per minute. It produces C-purlins in 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 140mm and 275mm widths, with a height of 13.8mm and a 10mm return, and includes tooling for each of those five sizes. The machine is equipped with an 11 stand rollformer, two sets of edge guides, an auto hydraulic cut-off, a cantilever design mill, a double end uncoiler, an entry 5 roll flattener, motorized width adjustment, an operator push button station with digital readouts, and a hydraulic unit.
