Used MGB / NRM 3.5″ Single Screw Extruder for Sale. This vented, air cooled extruder runs a 3.5″ screw with a 32:1 L/D ratio and six barrel zones. Power comes from a 125 HP DC motor through a Control Techniques Mentor II DC drive, with a 15:1 gearbox ratio. It is equipped with a 9 zone control panel unitized on the base and a hopper. The machine can be seen under power for an inspection, so buyers can verify drive response and zone control before committing.
