Used Coperion Gala 7 Extruder for Sale. This twin screw extrusion line has a 58 mm screw size with a 34:1 L/D ratio, 900 RPM screw speed, and a water cooled barrel built in eleven barrel sections. Drive is a 500 HP DC motor with a Flender gearbox direct coupled to the motor, and the line is electrically heated and equipped with a side stuffer. Operator control is through an HMI touch screen interface. The system includes a Gala 7 pelletizer with Gala MUP7 cutting head, a 450 GPM tempered water system, and a 5,000 lbs. per hour Gala spin dryer, with controls integrated into the extrusion control panel.
