Used Davis Standard 60IN60TPIH (1998) Extruder for Sale. This unit has a 6.0″ screw with a 30:1 L/D ratio, air cooled barrel, vented barrel design, and eight cooling zones covering five zones. The gearbox ratio is 13.4:1 with new bearings, driven by a rebuilt 500 HP Reliance AC motor. Power requirement is 460 volt, 3 phase, 60 Hz, with a new 460v drive control in a NEMA 12 panel and a new Eurotherm 3216 solid state control with all new wiring. Equipped with a 2-stage 6″ general purpose rebuilt PE/PP screw, infeed hopper with clean out chute and diverter valve, panel unitized on base, and a rebuilt 12 zone control panel.
