Used Davis Standard DS-20 (1996) Extruder for Sale. This single screw extruder has a 2.0″ screw with a 24:1 L/D ratio and has run HDPE. It is air cooled, with (3) barrel cooling zones and (2) die zones. Drive is a 20 HP DC motor through an A-B PowerFlex drive, with a 6.53:1 gearbox rated to 50 HP. Temperature control is handled by EuroThermo temp controls with a Gefran controller. Power requirement is 230/460VAC, 3PH. The unit has been cleaned up and test ran and includes a hopper loader.
