Used Daito CSDII-1050 (2008) Beam/Drill Line for Sale. This three-spindle drill line handles beam widths from 6″ to 40″, flange heights from 3″ to 20″, and material thickness from 1/4″ to 2″. Each spindle is rated 20 HP at 2,250 RPM, drilling holes from 5/8″ carbide or 3/8″ H.S.S. up to 1″ carbide or 2″ H.S.S. Travels measure 21.625″ in X, 18.5″ in Y, and 36.625″ in Z, with a five-position web ATC, maximum feeding speed of 100 FPM, and maximum work load of 33,000 lbs. Power requirement is 200A (AC208V). Equipped with four vertical clamps, flange height gauges, pendant operational panel, pinch roll system, positioning compensation, power cleaning brush, twin measuring disk, web supports, X-Y positioning three-drill method, and automatic tool changer.
