Used Hydmech H-20 (2004) Horizontal Band Saw for Sale. This H-20 offers 20″ diameter round capacity and 20″ x 20″ square capacity, with bundling to full capacity available as an option. Blade size is 22′ 22″ long, 2″ wide, and 0.050″ thick, running on 27″ blade wheels at infinitely variable speeds from 45 to 265 SFM through carbide blade guides with hydraulic blade tension. Drive is 10 HP for the blade and 3 HP for the hydraulics, with system pressure at 1,150 PSI, a 17 U.S. gallon hydraulic tank, and a 10.5 U.S. gallon coolant tank fed by a 3 1/2 G.P.M. pump. Shuttle stroke is 0-36″ single stroke multi-index standard, vise control is hydraulic, table height 31″, maximum work load 10,000 lbs, machine weight 1,250 lbs, and overall dimensions 140″ W x 96″ L x 90″ H.
