Used CSD EB-75J2 (2022) Blow Molder for Sale. This shuttle style, continuous extrusion machine has two stations and is set up for single head (1.5 Gal.), dual head (M180) 6.5″ wide, or triple head (M115) 4.125″ wide work, and has run HDPE. Platen size is 29.52″ x 29.52″ with 7 ton clamp tonnage and a 75 mm screw, rated at 90 Kw / 120 HP, controlled by a Siemens PLC and requiring 480v – 3 ph – 60hz. Equipped with (3) heads, (2) conveyors for flash removal, chilling unit, color blender, hopper loader / material blender, hot knife and pre-pinch knife, material grinder, robots with synchronized conveyor, air compressor, and spare parts including hydraulic cylinders and heater bands.
