Used Vac-U-Clamp Thermofoil FT 800 (2016) Thermoformer for Sale. This membrane press has press dimensions of 50″ x 105″ and a curing time of 6-8 minutes depending on foil thickness. Heating is handled by 24,000 watt quartz infrared elements, with an oil vacuum pump and tank supplying vacuum. The steel platen is designed for easy removal for cleaning, and the work area runs right to left with a lift hood and 2-3″ mounted air pistons. Operation is through a PLC touch screen controller. Electrical requirements are 460/480v. Equipped with a six-position film rack with casters. The machine can be seen under power for an inspection.
