Used Peddinghaus Ocean Clipper APDS-613/1B (2015) Beam/Drill Line for Sale. This angle line handles stock from 1-1/2″ × 1-1/2″ × 1/8″ up to 6″ × 6″ × 5/8″, with a fully automatic punch/drill/shear cycle and in-line hydraulic punch and drill that requires no repositioning of material. Punching is rated at 75 tons with a 2 second cycle time and a 1-1/4″ max punch size (#272 standard), while shearing is rated at 100 tons with a 5 second cycle and 1/2″ slug size. Drilling covers 5/16″–1-9/16″ holes at 2-10 IPM. Control is a Siemens 840Di CNC with conversational programming, graphic display and 2-axis simultaneous control. Additional features include a 20 ft extendable in-feed roller support, auto-zeroing with backlash compensation and axis calibration, and an automatic angle sensor that sets drill stroke off the heel. X-axis in-feed runs to 61 FPM with a 50″ max stroke; Y-axis travel is 12″ and Z-axis 5″, each starting 1/2″ past datum. Pass line height is 45″.
