Used Jackson Machinery Versa Matic 415 (2006) Blow Molder for Sale. This continuous extrusion shuttle blow molder is a single station, single sided machine with a 4 x 115mm head configuration and a 14.5″ H x 19″ W platen. Clamp tonnage is 12 ton with 20.5″ maximum daylight. It runs a 2.5″ screw at a 22:1 L/D ratio, driven by a 40 HP motor rebuilt by Graham Engineering in 2014, with a KEB F5 drive and Barber Colman DS8G-000BA-GKZ-Z-00 control. Material ran is HDPE, with a largest allowable container of 1 liter. Equipped with an internal trim station using hot knives. Power requirement is 480v – 3 ph – 60 hz at 135 full load amps.
