Used Hembrug Mikron-Turn 100 (2004) CNC Lathe for Sale. This hard-turning lathe is fitted with a Siemens 840D control, an 8″ chuck, 14.9″ turning diameter, 13.7″ distance between centers and spindle speeds to 6,000 RPM. It carries an 8-station turret with C-axis live tooling, scale feedback, a Renishaw tool touch probe and non-contact video tool setting equipment. Construction includes a suspended granite bed, granite spindle housing, hydrostatic spindle and hydrostatic ways, with pneumatic bearing purge, hydraulic and coolant temperature control, coolant pump, programmable controlled spray mist, vacuum chucking and tailstock. Tooling is included. The machine is described as very low hours and well maintained, and can be seen under power for an inspection.
