Used Berstorff ZE 25Rx44D (2002) Extruder for Sale. This twin screw unit has a 25mm screw size with a co-rotating screw design rated to 600 RPM, a 44:1 L/D ratio and 10 HP. Quick clamps cover 10 barrel sections and 4 open barrel sections with bolt on blanks, and the main feed includes 2 bolt on stacks for the open sections to adapt feed or vent options. Equipped with 16 spare unused screw elements and misc other spare parts, 80 hours on optical fiber acrylic materials both solid and gel-state, an adjusting vacuum venting manifold, Budzar 3-zone temperature control unit, Flender gearbox, hot oil temperature control, vacuum pump, Reliance variable speed drive and top sight glasses.
