Used OMV D140-6P (2001) Extruder for Sale. This 48″ wide PET sheetline is built around a 6″ screw driven by a 350 HP motor, with (8) cooling zones, air cooling, and 16 HP cooling capacity. It runs on a 30 HP Yaskawa GA800 drive with an MSDP-30 gear pump on a 30 HP motor, and includes an 8″ dual roll screen changer and a reworked Johnson Plastics Machinery / Allied Dies flex lip style die. Materials include PET, polyethylene, polystyrole and HMWPE, at 12″ – 0.25″ thickness and approximately 2250/hr output. Three chill rolls measure (2) 51″ x 20″ and (1) 51″ x 12″, individually driven by 5 HP Marathon motors, with 8″ x 74″ draw rolls on a 3 HP AC motor, a 16″ conveyor with 4″ diameter idlers, (3) 5 HP water pumps, winder, Siemens touch screen controls and 460v power.
