Used Kautex KB 150/14PR-S100 02 (1987) Blow Molder for Sale. This single head machine runs head tooling from 3.93″ to 11.81″ with a 20 lb shot size. Clamp specifications include 75 tons of tonnage, a 43″ W x 55″ H platen measuring 1.96″ thick, and daylight from 31.49″ to 62.99″. The S100/20D extruder runs a 20:1 ratio through a Kollmann gearbox with 125 HP. Controls have been upgraded to a Beckoff PLC, and the proportional valves are upgraded Rexroth units. Power requirement is 380v, with a 480v transformer included. Several sizes of head tooling are included. Base dimensions are 137.79″ W x 322.83″ L x 212″ H.
