Colorado runs on aerospace and energy. Lockheed Martin builds spacecraft south of Denver, the Front Range carries a dense aerospace supplier base, Vestas builds nacelles at Brighton and blades at Windsor, and Golden remains brewing country.
Space and energy work brings close tolerance machining, very large fabrication for towers and structures, welding and plate equipment, and the stainless process gear brewing depends on. Sell it to us for cash, offered the same day and paid in full ahead of removal after inspection, or list it on brokerage at no cost and pay us only if we perform.
It usually is, and space work produces some of the lowest hour machines we see. Small volume, high value parts mean the machine spent more time set up than cutting, and the spindle hours show it. What makes that pay is proving it: a control screen photograph of the hour meter is worth more than any description. Low hours claimed and low hours demonstrated fetch quite different numbers.
A small, specific set of buyers, and they are worth waiting for. Large plate rolls, long bed press brakes, submerged arc welding and heavy positioners sell to structural and pressure vessel fabricators as much as to wind. Because the freight on this equipment is a real share of the deal, accurate weights, dimensions and disassembly notes decide whether a quote can even be given. Send those first and the rest follows.
Readily, and to a wider market than brewers alone. Tanks, kettles, chillers, pumps, filtration, kegging and bottling lines go to food, beverage and chemical processors, and sanitary stainless holds its value because it cannot be substituted. Brewing equipment also sells well because the industry has plenty of operators of every size. Give us capacities and photographs and we will tell you which pieces we would take outright.
It is a planning question rather than a deal breaker, and it is common enough here. Steep grades, tight turns and weight limits on the approach decide truck size, and sometimes a smaller vehicle plus a transfer at a staging point is the answer. Knowing that before a price is agreed keeps it from becoming a dispute later. Send the address and a photograph of the approach and dock with the list.
