Used Ficep 1101 DFB (Orient 11) (2011) Beam/Drill Line for Sale. This single-spindle mitering drill line handles I beams with web heights from 3.15 to 43.31 in, flange widths 1.65 to 20.08 in, square tube to 19.69 x 19.69 in, and stock up to 65.6 ft long at a max positioning weight of 11,905 lb. The 20.1 HP (15 kW) AC spindle runs 180 to 2500 RPM with a 6-position HSK A80 ATC and spindle angles at 90 degrees left, 0 degrees, and 90 degrees right, drilling holes to 1.57 in through 3.94 in thickness. It includes an SCS 115 band saw with 14.8 HP band motor, mitering at 45 and 60 degrees, infeed and outfeed transfer tables, marking and scribing units, and a swarf conveyor.
