Used Akyapak 3 ADM 1200/AST 1300 (2025) Beam/Drill Line for Sale. This line handles beam, channel, tube, angle and plate from 8″ x 3.15″ up to 48″ x 20″, with three ADM drilling units in a 4-station arrangement, each with a 3″ automatic tool changer and BT40 tool holders. Spindle power is 50 HP at up to 3,000 RPM stepless, drilling 3/8″ to 1-1/2″ diameter through 0.2″ to 3.94″ thickness, with milling, tapping (M10-M24), countersinking and layout marking on all four sides. The integrated miter bandsaw cuts 3.15″ to 51.5″ at 60°/60°, 24 HP total, blade speed 65.6-377.3 ft/min with automatic blade tensioning. Includes 60′ infeed and outfeed with transfers, AST controller software, Lantek Flex 3D, chip conveyor and magnetic discharge. Can be seen under power for inspection.
