This air cooled blown film extruder has a 1.5″ screw with a 24:1 L/D ratio, driven by a 20 HP motor through an Allen Bradley AC Vector Drive and a Zambello gearbox, with Allen Bradley control and a 480v – 3ph power requirement. It is equipped with a cooling section, tower, top nip and cantilever winder, along with a Brampton stationary blown film die with air ring.
