Used Trumpf TruLaser Weld 1000 (2023) Robotic Welding Cell for Sale. This cell is equipped with a Trumpf TruFiber 3002 P 3 kW fiber laser source at a 1070 nm wavelength, a TRUMPF laser welding head, Beckhoff CP3921 industrial PC with 21.5″ touchscreen HMI, and Trumpf Cell Control software on EtherCAT architecture. Motion comes from a KUKA KR 10 R11002 FLR robot with KRC5 controller pendant, offering 43.35 in (1101 mm) maximum reach and travels of +/-185 degrees on J1, +90/-61 degrees on J2, +65/-209 degrees on J3, +/-350 degrees on J4, +/-125 degrees on J5, and +/-350 degrees on J6. Also included are a servo driven rotary axis, modular welding table, Riedel RL13/0 SR chiller, and a full Class 1 laser safety enclosure with laser safe viewing windows.
