Used Davi MCA 2020 (2022) Plate Roll for Sale. This four-roll CNC plate roll has an overall roll length of 78″ with a maximum rolling length of 72″, pre-bending thickness of 5/16″ and maximum rolling thickness of 7/16″ at 40″ internal diameter, based on 40,000 PSI yield / 65,000 PSI UTS material. Top and bottom rolls measure 8″ and 7.5″, side rolls 6.5″, with a smallest possible diameter of 8.8″ and rolls positioning accuracy of +/- 0.004″. Maximum rolling speed is 20 FPM on 12 HP installed power, 460/3/60, approximately 11,000 lbs. Equipped with Davi CNC control, 13′ powered infeed conveyor, powered squaring bar, hydraulic plate clamping, driven clamping rolls, cone rolling package, rolls crowning and guiding, light curtain set and mechanical barriers.
