Used Jorns JDB-200G (2021) Folding Machinery for Sale. This CNC folder runs a CP300 control with a maximum bending length of 204″ (5,200mm). Full-length bending capacity is 0.0787″ (2.0mm) mild steel, 0.125″ (3.0mm) aluminum and 0.059″ (1.5mm) stainless steel. The integrated SL3 slitter handles up to 0.125″ (3.0mm) at 29.52 IPS (750mm/s). Equipment includes an additional SSD card for the controller, double servo pump, dynamic positioning, four electric clamping fingers, two electrical short part clamping fingers, Geometry ‘G’, hydraulic cooling system, oil heater for the hydraulic system, automated infeed table, four automated vacuum grippers, pretension of bending beam, RH hydraulic material thickness adjustment, LED operational control lights and standard safety features.
